                        Elizabeth Trindade                      &                              Betsy Bobel

My name is Elizabeth Trindade. I created Strollercize back in 1994 when I was a new mom. Three children later a broken marriage, than divorce, 9/11, a custody battle from hell, the NYC blackout and the closing of my NYC  corporation due to economics, you would think I would be a emotional mess and in a "wing" of a special hospital.

Wrong. I kept fit while going through it. I found the secret to keeping my mind sane and letting go of stuff that would hold me back. I can help you too. I am one of the best trainers that knows how to get you fit while you are getting over it! In my case losing it all. There is no loss that I do not know. My life is about loss and because of the loss I have gained a great peace and I found it in fitness.

I have a unique routine that does the trick. It will get you fit and you will find a new addiction, fitness. Your body will get fit but also you mind. If you lose it emotionally you are really out of luck. The Breakup Workout has "brain busters" to keep you stable and sane. Laughter is healing. If you are going through economic nightmares, this is the time to let me show you how I lost it and gained it all back!

My name is Betsy Bobel and I am the founder of Preventative Nutrition & Wellness and Your Ideal Coach, LLC.  I am  a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator along with being an ACE certified personal trainer. I feel wellness comes as a complete package, and helping others find the balance between fitness and nutrition is what I do best.

Finding out early that food is the fuel that gives you the competitive edge she started studying nutrition in her teens.  She later graduated from Ball State University with a degree in dietetics and completed her internship through Purdue University.  Betsy found out that she not only had the experience and expertise to educate people, but a platform to represent in her pursuit of helping others.  Betsy was crowned Miss Indiana 2000 and spent her year representing her platform “A Healthy Beginning” and dedicated her year to improving the health and nutrition for children across the state.

Betsy has found that some things in life are not always preventable and going through a breakup herself led her to her newest project.

Both  Elizabeth and Betsey have found that they have more in common then fitness, but are two moms that remained fit while losing it.  The Breakup Workout is fueled by two women that have “been there, done that” and felt the pain without the  weight gain.  Keeping your mind, body, and spirit alive and going strong while going through any type of loss can always be a challenge.  Letting go of your emotions and hurt is one thing, but letting go of your diet and your health is another.  Together fitness and food will bring the broken hearted together and we will help you find your inner strength, clean up the clutter in your diet, and get fit while getting over it!
